Roberto: 9 Souls - How to Choose a Good Movie

9 Souls- To begin, this movie has a great beginning; it pulled me right into it.This is something not usually seen in movies of this type, so it makes it an unusual, yet pleasant experience.The action scenes are really great. Asami Imajuku played his role great. Kotomi Kyono actually caught my interest.

I think Asami Imajuku and Kotomi Kyono worked wonderful in 9 Souls. The great supporting cast includes Asami Imajuku, Kotomi Kyono, Yoshio Harada, Itsuji Itao, Takako Matsu.

All in all, I would rate this movie an 8.5/10. I would definitely watch this movie again.

Summary of 9 Souls:
When a bomber, a patricide, a pornographer, and a mad biker, together with various other forms of social detritus, break free from jail, it is not surprising that mayhem follows in their wake. What is surprising is the degree of sympathy that brilliant young director Toshiaki Toyoda ("Blue Spring") elicits with elegant ease from the spectator, as the gang of misfits roams the land in a despair that is crueler for being comic. This is humanity on the run to nowhere. Although originally inspired by "The Great Escape", the film has more of a feel of Les Miserables mixed with a hallucinogenic, cut with speed. A truly original addition to the jailbreak genre!
